1. No Returns on Opened Products:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on products that have been opened,
used, or unsealed.
2. Return Eligibility:
Returns are only accepted if:
- You received the wrong item.
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- You notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos and order details.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
- Products on sale or promotion.
- Items showing signs of use or tampering.
4. Refunds:
Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund via the original payment method or store
credit. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process.
5. Exchange:
We do not offer exchanges. If eligible, you can return the item and place a new order.
6. How to Request a Return:
Contact us on Instagram DM or WhatsApp or call us within 24h of receiving your order. Provide:
- Your name & order number
- Photo of the product and packaging
- Reason for return
7. Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our
